Google Places have rolled out their new Local Maps search result Google Plus (Google+) Local page layout. Still powered by your Google Places entry.

As a home based business the Pin for directions is greyed out. Clicking for directions has the circling sign for your location and points to what I assume to your local city geo-centre for the shown location in B.
Previous reviews show but it looks the reviewers will have to sign up for Google+ in order to personalise the review.
Despite being logged into Google+ it still needs to ask if I am the business owner. The old check-mark for ownership has been forgotten.
Fortunately I backed my Google reviews up so I can show the old profile links in blue still. I suppose we will have to ask the reviewers to set up a Google+ account and visit the review.
